Yesterday, Mel Brown from Suffolk County Council, visited our school and awarded us with the Gold Award for recycling. 73% of our waste during our audit week, was recyclable and 15% was compostible. Well done everyone and what a lovely plaque!
Well done to our year 3/4 football team. They played at Ipswich Town Football Club on Thursday and came second in their group.
We had the most fantastic day on Monday, when we launched our Eastfeast project.
Mary the gardener worked wth Jo and Lucy, to help us in our garden. We even had some governors digging up weeds!
Lorraine told fabulous stories and Sarah helped us to make puppets of some of the characters.
Rebecca showed us how to collect evidence for our journals and lots of parents and governors came to help us.
Mrs. Lawson says this picture shows how much we enjoyed the day and even the sun shone!
